Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regretfully cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
