1. General

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the use of Stitched at Home’s online shopping platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) for purchasing Therapy Work Books, Therapy Board Games, Therapy Products, Weighted Products, Fine Motor Skill Pouches, Sensory Hanging Pods, Fidget Lap Mats, Fidget Bands, Marble Mazes, Sensory Tunnels, Therapy Equipment, and other related items (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Products”).

1.2. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Website or purchase any Products.

2. Acceptance

2.1. By placing an order through the Website, you make an offer to purchase the selected Products under these Terms.

2.2. Stitched at Home reserves the right to accept or decline your offer at its sole discretion. A binding contract is formed only upon acceptance of your offer by Stitched at Home.

3. Customer Online Profile and Personal Information

3.1. To make a purchase, you may need to create an online profile on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your profile information, including your username and password.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to ensure its accuracy.

4. Products and Pricing

4.1. Stitched at Home strives to provide accurate descriptions and images of the Products on the Website. However, slight variations may occur due to factors such as screen resolutions or lighting conditions.

4.2. The prices of the Products are displayed on the Website and are subject to change without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders already placed and accepted by Stitched at Home.

4.3. Any promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

5. Warranty (6 months)

5.1. Stitched at Home provides a warranty for the Products for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

5.2. To avail of the warranty, you must retain your original purchase receipt or order confirmation. Stitched at Home reserves the right to inspect the Products before accepting any warranty claim.

6. Delivery, Collection, and Storage

6.1. Stitched at Home will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products to the address specified during the ordering process within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delivery times are approximate and subject to factors beyond the control of Stitched at Home.

6.2. If you choose to pick up the Products from a Stitched at Home location, you must provide valid proof of identity and order confirmation. If you opt to collect the items yourself, you are required to pay a 50% deposit.

6.3. If you request storage of the purchased Products, Stitched at Home may charge a storage fee and will not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the Products during storage.

7. Returns and General Warranties

7.1. Stitched at Home allows returns for Products within 14 days from the delivery date, provided they meet certain conditions. Returns are not accepted for items with specified dimensions.

7.2. Returned Products must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

7.3. If a returned Product is found to be damaged or in a condition that prevents resale, Stitched at Home reserves the right to reject the return or deduct a reasonable restocking fee from the refund.

7.4. Any general warranties provided by Stitched at Home, in addition to the 6-month warranty, will be communicated separately for specific Products or services.

8. Payment

8.1. Payment for the Products must be made in full at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed upon by Stitched at Home.

8.2. Stitched at Home accepts various payment methods, which will be displayed on the Website during the checkout process. You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information.

8.3. In the event of any payment disputes or unauthorized charges, please contact Stitched at Home’s customer service immediately for resolution.

8.4. A 50% deposit must be paid upfront on all items except Therapy Board Games and Therapy Work Books. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatching the order to the client.

9. Order Cancellation

9.1. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify Stitched at Home’s customer service as soon as possible. Order cancellation is subject to the following conditions:

9.2. For standard and non-customized Products, you may cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation may still be possible, but fees or charges may apply.

9.3. For customized or made-to-order Products, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has commenced, cancellation may not be possible, and fees or charges may apply.

9.4. Stitched at Home reserves the right to cancel an order at any time for reasons such as unavailability of stock, inability to process payment, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified, and a refund will be provided if applicable.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stitched at Home operates.

10.2. Any legal action or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Stitched at Home operates.

11. Modifications to the Terms

11.1. Stitched at Home reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on the Website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

11.2. By continuing to use the Website or placing orders after any modifications to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

12. Severability

12.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

13.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stitched at Home regarding the use of the Website and the purchase of Products. Any prior agreements, understandings, or representations are hereby superseded.
